Let's just start with Amy is a beast. If you are on a fitness journey, there's a high chance you want to be just like her and what better way to do that than to take her classes. What I love about the group training I attended is that everyone was pushed, but at their own limit. Beginners were taught proper form and assistance, while others were allowed to "mod up" to achieve their own personal goals. She also has helped my protein intake and has even encouraged my husband to sign up! You get the whole package at TWC, if the big gyms scare you (or your bank account) then this is the place to be
TWC provides positive energy and creative workouts. Water aerobics was the perfect solution to the insane July heat and so fun to try something new. Amy inspires me with her intensity and passion. She is constantly pushing to the next level and gives 110% everyday.
Train with Cain is not only working your body, but that connection with other people. I do not like the big gyms, so being able to go to Amy’s and be comfortable, is a big deal to me. I also get to do it with my daughter. That is our time to do something together while improving ourselves. Amy has also helped me with making small changes to my diet to make me a better me. Her motivational quotes at the beginning of practice makes me stop and change my mindset of doing things. So thank you Amy for that! Highly recommend Training with Cain.
