    Attend a TWC workout or move 20–30 minutes (walk, stretch, bike, mobility).

    Complete the short daily challenge from the calendar.

  3. Facebook Group Post
    Post a photo or video of your daily challenge in the group.
    ✔️ Posted = 1 point  |  ❌ No post = 0 points
  4. Morning Gut Health Drink
    Ginger + Lemon + Lukewarm Water + Cayenne.
    ✔️ Drank it = 1 point
  5. Water Goal (Progressive)

    Week 1 (Days 1–7): 64 oz/day
